Canadian Gail Graham began playing golf at the age of 13 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She credits her parents, Bill and Alice Anderson as the individuals most influencing her career. She was the Manitoba Junior Champ in 1992 and Manitoba Amateur champion in 1983 and 1985. She was a member of the Canadian Commonwealth Championship team in 1987 and the low amateur at the LPGA’s 1987 du Maurier Ltd. Classic. Inducted into the Manitoba Golf Hall of Fame in 2008, the British Columbia Golf Hall of Fame in 2015 and the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame in 2018. Member of the LPGA Executive Committee for 1994-97 and from 2000-02, serving as President in 2001 and 2002. Current President of the WSGA/Legends Tour. Graham is a member of the LPGA Teaching & Club Professional and is an instructor and coach in Naples, Florida. She also commentates on the Golf Channel and writes a monthly column for the Naples Daily News. The Canadian graduated from Lamar University, where she was an NCAA Academic All-American in 1986. Her hobbies include travelling in her RV affectionately named “Charlotte” after the site of her first LPGA victory. Her travel companions include her ”Boys”, a Maltese named George and a spunky Morkie called Henry. She loves Fixer Upper, Chopped, The Crown, Criminal Minds, country music, interior design and late afternoon golf.
