Top LPGA Legends Tee off for a Charitable Cause, Raise Funds for Moore-Myers Children’s Fund

St. Augustine, FL, (May 31, 2023) – Get ready for an exciting three-day golf event that will make a difference in the lives of children! The Legends Play for Moore-Myers Children’s Fund is happening on July 11 and 12, 2023, with a Junior Golf Clinic on July 10 from 10-11:30 am. Held at the stunning St John’s Golf & Country Club in St. Augustine, this tournament brings together some of the most talented players in the Legends of the LPGA.

The first day of the event is the Pro-Am, where amateurs will have the chance to team up with a Legends player and compete in a scramble format. On day two, it’s all about the competition as 24 Legends players battle it out for 18 holes. With a whopping $10,000 prize up for grabs, you can expect some fierce competition and great shot-making.

Not only will this tournament showcase incredible golfing talent, but it’s also for a great cause. The Moore-Myers Children’s Fund aims to provide kids with lifelong skills and benefits, and this event will contribute to their mission.

St. John’s Golf & Country Club is managed by Indigo Sports, a Troon Company, and features an 18-hole Clyde Johnston-designed golf course. Troon is a proud supporter of this important cause and the Legends of the LPGA.

Annie Mildred Moore was a mother, teacher, and passionate golfer.
